Q: What does it feel like to be a newcomer in a community?
Q: Do you remember how you felt the first day of a new job or in a new school?
BaFá BaFá® is a facilitated cross-cultural simulation exercise used in schools and corporate settings to explore the notion of culture. BaFá BaFá® helps participants understand how culture affects each person’s behaviour and what is required of each person to live or work with people who have different values, work styles, and world views.
When participants finish BaFá BaFá®, they know what it feels like to be the one person in a group who is different. They understand how easily stereotypes can be developed and what must be done to overcome them.
Join us for this memorable (and fun) way to deepen understanding, respect and empathy. No prior knowledge or experience is required and the event is suitable for people aged ten to adult. Make it a family event!
