“Beginnings: Behold”

As we start journeying alongside Jesus as he begins his ministry, this week's scripture reading from the gospel of John invites us to "come and see" what Jesus is up to, just like Jesus did for those first people he called to become his disciples. Indeed, as the classic Jim Strathdee song puts it, "as we follow and love, we'll learn the mystery of what we were meant to do and be."
